Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened pillows may not be eligible for return unless defective.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at join@overrest.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
